So now that new Bear DC Clancy Pendergast has “cleared up” his preference for the 3-4 or 4-3, I thought it might be a good time to lay out some of the advantages and disadvantages of both systems.

Bears win PAC 10 Championship

Congratulations to the Cal Bears – by beating ASU 62-46, Cal clinches their first PAC-10 basketball championship since 1960. Cal hasn’t been to the Rose Bowl since 1958… is anything possible?

The post U-Dub win, predictably produced a flat first half vs. Wazzou but the Bears came out in the second half with a bit more purpose and got the win and are sitting atop the Pac 10.

Cal football celebrated national signing day with a solid recruiting class. Rivals ranked it #11 in the nation and Tosh Lopoi was picked as Rivals recruiter of the year.
